How the PROCESS works

Discovery Call

During a 30 to 60-minute complimentary discovery call, I'll listen to your ideas and will better understand your brand and vision. If we both feel we are a good match, I will send a proposal with the project details, investment, and number of revisions needed.

Collaboration

After the proposal has been signed, we will divide the project into distinct stages, collaborating closely at each step to ensure that the outcome meets both your and my expectations. 

Big Launch

I will provide all the support needed for the launch and allow 14 days afterward for any troubleshoot and technical support you might need. You sit back and enjoy all the complements!

  • Where are you located, and where are your clients from?
    My studio was officially founded in 2019 in Monterrey, Mexico, and since then, I've worked with clients from all around the world. Although I live as a digital nomad, the business remains rooted in Mexico, allowing me to serve a global clientele while bringing a multicultural perspective to every project.
  • How does it work if I am on a different time zone?
    When we schedule meetings, we always find times that work best for both of us, ensuring smooth collaboration. Different time zones have never been an issue in my experience, as I'm flexible and committed to making our communication seamless, no matter where you're located.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Normally, your investment will be split in two payments: 50% at the beginning of your project and 50% at the end, right before you receive your final files. If you're passionate about collaborating but facing financial limitations, we can explore options like breaking the investment into multiple payments. Please note that this would extend the project timeline until the full payment is received. Feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to assist you in finding a solution. However, out of respect for my craft and in order to ensure the highest quality for every client, I respectfully do not lower my prices
  • I want to work with you how do we begin?
    To begin our collaboration, simply click the button below or head over to the 'contact' page and complete the form. From there, we’ll schedule a complimentary discovery video call via Google Meet. This is an opportunity for us to connect and explore how we can work together. If we feel like a good match by the end of the conversation, I’ll move forward by preparing a personalized proposal for you.
  • Can I contribute ideas for my logo?
    Yes, I absolutely welcome your ideas and inspiration for your logo. However, my goal is to guide you toward the best direction for your brand, which may differ from your initial vision. If you're set on bringing a specific concept to life exactly as you envision it, I might not be the right fit for you. My focus is on creating a design that not only reflects your brand but also aligns with strategy and purpose.
  • Can you design my website without the branding part?
    The short answer is no. In order to create a website that is not only visually compelling but also strategic and functional, I need a clear brand direction, including your logo, colors, and fonts. My goal is to ensure that every design is tailored specifically to your needs, and that’s only possible with a cohesive brand identity. If you already have a professionally designed visual identity, I would be happy to implement it for your website. However, if you're looking for a quick fix, I may not be the best fit, as I am committed to providing thoughtful, purposeful work that goes beyond aesthetics.
  • Is there a set limit on the number of revisions included in my project?
    I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction throughout the branding process, which is why I don’t place a strict limit on the number of revisions. However, if you trust the process and invest time in completing the brand questionnaire thoroughly, I can confidently say that the number of revisions outlined in your proposal should be more than enough. It's important to note that as we move through the project in stages, once you approve one step, we will proceed to the next, and we won't be revisiting previous steps. This ensures a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • What file formats will I receive?
    For most of your deliverables, you’ll receive files in JPEG, PNG, and EPS formats. Items such as business cards, and brochures will be provided as PDFs. Rest assured, I’ll ensure you have all the necessary file types. If your package includes fonts, you’ll also receive the TTF files and their licenses. Please note that editable logo files are not included, as the logo is considered finalized and will not need further edits.
